its true i cant do it too well. and any time i think of something to draw it doesnt come out well... i need encouragement and help

Well...two things, you need to work on your content(Either find a subject to focus on or once you find something out of pure randomness focus on it and build around it) and you do have to brush on Ur photoshop skillz. I wouldn't say I'm a complete pro at photoshop, but here is some tips. For one when working with photos "Blending Mode" is great(Under the layers table there a is a drop down box). Try doubl->trpl layering your photos and messing around with "Blending Modes". Also if your really looking to play around with Photoshop a Wacom Tablet will really help with the paintbrush tool as sensitivity settings can be tweaked much better. Check out tutorials online if you want a quick way to doing things, but playing around with everything PS has to offer is a good start too.
